The Marc works to make appointments suit your busy schedule with business hours as follows:

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice.

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations and "No-Show" appointments cost our talented staff money. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service, and charge 50% of the value of the service booked but not kept.

Clients who cancel numerous times or "no-show" may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
